The Project - AECOM Arabia has been awarded a multi-billion dollar 3 year Stormwater Drainage Program in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. The project is for urgent works to prevent recurring flooding in the City of Jeddah.  The works consist of 6 large rock and concrete covered dams, renovation of 3 existing channels, 1 new culvert and 2 marine outfalls, with associated mechanical and civil works included.

CONTRACT ENGINEERS - 3
SR19,000 - SR22,500 (Salary Package)

• Applicant should have experience in administering Contract Conditions after the contracts (with contractors/consultants) have been procured, to be involved in the procurement process.
• Applicant must be familiar and comfortable in the understanding of Contract Conditions. Familiarity with ARAMCO and/or FIDC forms of contract will be an advantage however not essential.
• Applicant should have experience in dealing with Contractor and Subcontractor valuations (applications for payment) and changes to the Project and should administer their approach to these matters in accordance with the Contract Documents and including the preparation of Final Accounts.
• Applicant should be technically thorough in the measurement of quantities and the preparation of bills of quantities for various uses but in particular for the production of cost estimates to assist the procurement department and for final account purposes. Dealing with correspondence with Contractors/Subcontractors for approval.
• Must be Registered Civil Engineer. Age Requirement 52 years old below.

CIVIL INSPECTORS – 70
SR7,500 - SR12,000 (Salary Package)

• Minimum 10 yrs. related experience & 6 yrs. QA/QC Civil Engineer/Inspector. Well versed in practical concrete reinforcement bar & earthworks, responsible in implementing all quality testing & construction work/procedures.
• Inspector must demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of recognized building codes such as the International Building Code (IBC) and other international standards ACI, ASTM, AASHTO and AISC or equivalent standards.
• Knowledgeable in concrete structures such as pump station buildings, underpasses, causeways and drainages. Activities include preparation of reports, review plans and schedules and provide coordination for civil activities; approvals, identify problems and advise solutions.
• Must be Registered Civil Engineer. Age Requirement 52 years old below.
